Sea Oats Condo #302 Direct Gulf with Heated Pool

Just an overall fantastic place to stay. The amenities were exceptional and the surroundings were beautiful. Location is convenient to shopping tourism and dining. We had an incredible stay for the entire week. The hosts were extremely responsive and attentive. Could not have asked for more.

I wanted to take a moment to share our recent experience with a last-minute 3-day rental due to an emergency visit to Florida. We were fortunate enough to interact with Daniel, who couldn't have been more helpful and polite throughout the entire process. His professionalism made our situation much more manageable, and he was always prompt with any replies. The condo itself was an absolute delight. It felt virtually brand-new and offered a spectacular full-frontal view of the ocean, a treat for the senses. The water pressure in the condo was fantastic with plenty of hot water, and the apartment was spotless upon our arrival. One of the best perks of staying there was the thoughtful provision of essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry pods, and paper products. It made our stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. Although we didn't need them, the condo had two pack-n-plays and a high chair. They also had extra blankets and pillows. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels, too. They had a wonderful basket of snacks, water, and a bottle of wine waiting for us as well. Additionally, the condo features a full-sized washer and dryer, which was a great bonus. The impressively equipped kitchen allowed us to cook full meals with ease, thanks to the ample serving dishes and cookware. We honestly didn't need to bring a thing to enjoy our stay. We had a great time! The views from the balcony are amazing! This unit is like new and very clean. Parking and access to the beach was about as easy as you can get. I highly recommend this property.

From the start of booking to speaking with Daniel/Host it was perfect! The unit is totally renovated. Decor is beach theme to make you feel ready to relax. The beds are so comfortable. Kitchen is complete with everything you need. Sea Oats is located near everything you need. The property is kept really nice & clean, including pool area.We would definitely stay in this unit again!! We enjoyed our stay in $302. It was nicely decorated, location was perfect. It was nice to have the highchair, beach wagon and chairs and toys. It is nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. We found everything we needed. It was nice having shampoo, condition and body wash provided, papertowels, toilet paper and sink dish soap and scrubber. Location is right over pool which is nice, and super easy to get to the beach with place to wash off the sand on your way back. This beach had a few people but not crowded at all. Perfect weather, perfect amount of people. This area has some places that look like they havent come back from the hurricane yet, but it keeps the area uncrowded which is kinda nice. Grocery wasnt crowded at all. Very family friendly area. We walked down to Coconut Charlies for a drink at the beach bar which was nice. Our adult kids played pickle ball and got in the pool with the grand baby. Very nice trip. Thank you.
